About Me

Hi, call me Cass! I am a Designer/Maker who graduated with a Bachelor of Design from Toronto Metropolitan University. After 4 years of big city life, I moved to Vancouver (another big city..) to pursue a passion of slow fashion.

How do I embrace sustanability to complement my design style? It all starts with the textiles! Some designers gather inspiration, design, then source their materials in that order. Not me; I pull inspiration from the fabrics first. Your grandmother’s curtains have been through many a decade, but they’re not garbage! I see new life in each material I touch and pair them with complementary textiles to rejuvenate them. I aim to create garments that ignite a sense of joy and confidence within the wearer.

I believe that fashion can be both beautiful and responsible. By utilizing these pre-loved materials and repurposing them into stunning, one-of-a-kind designs, you too can embrace the concept of circular fashion. My M.O. as a designer is to foster transparency and promote ethical values, through beautiful small batch designs.
